Collecting Cardboard

Show recap. The guys talk Topps Cosmic and Pristine. Rob got lucky but Panini sure didn't and don't worry about Shohei Ohtani, he will be just fine.

What ya gonna do when guys/girls in your collection mess up? Keep em or Dump em?  Rob messed up big time and how you can avoid doing the same. Shout Out to the Little League World Series and Bowman Chrome pre-order is out. Also, the guys are setting up at a show together.

Yeah, we know Un-Sellables isn't really a word, but it works if you get the movie reference.  Also, the one card to rule them all, Cosmic Chrome, a 1954 Topps box and Fanatics is getting sued, by Panini....

Rob's dad was being stubborn but how does that relate to cards? Well you'll just have to listen to find out. Quick take on Topps Now and Hot boxes plus much more.

We talk about HOF Rookie Cards from the 1980's and more including are breakers getting juiced boxes and will Elly De La Cruz have a RC this year?

Breaks are possibly getting reined in by Topps and Fanatics. What could that. mean for some dealers and breakers. Rob sold his 71 set and doesn't know what's next. Shohei is showing up this year in a big way, how high can his cards go?

Come celebrate big news for the guys at Collecting Cardboard.  An age limit for buying cards? What's that crazy talk? Rob's SGC order and PSA is running a new special.

We've been doing this for over a year now. Wait, what? We forgot to celebrate our one year anniversary. Rob's ready to move on from 1971 and new products are out.

They guys talk Pele, Bowman Inception University, and what they've been up to lately in the hobby. Plus, Eric tees one up for Rob.

Rob has never had a Tasty Cake prior to this episode in which he devoured several different varieties thanks to Eric. And yes, this is card related, sort of. Some players off to hot starts, but Rob bought one anyway.  Ever regret getting rid of a card?  Editors Note: This was recorded on Tuesday before Eric had received and opened his 2023 Bowman, but let's just say he did alright with it. We will talk about that more on the next episode.
