In the forty-sixth episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Jordan D'Silva from Web City Properties. 

Jordan D’Silva is a 25-year old real estate investor from Dallas, TX. He is CEO of Web City Properties, an investment company started by his father in 2005. Web City Properties owns and manages over 500 single family rental properties and mortgage notes and is entering the multifamily space in Texas and Oklahoma. 

Jordan enjoys taking on difficult value-add properties, leading teams, and providing quality housing with great customer service. Jordan also runs a nonprofit dedicated to providing solutions for families living in poverty. 

In his free time, Jordan enjoys traveling, football, and trying new foods. 

In the forty-fifth episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Ryan Barone from rentredi. As a student at Pace University in NYC, Ryan Barone quickly realized inefficiencies while renting apartments. Instead of accepting these challenges, Ryan began working on a software to fix them. After working at Goldman Sachs and PwC, Ryan decided to go full-time into his new software company RentRedi. Today, RentRedi works with landlords and tenants throughout the country as they quickly grow into one of the most popular property management softwares available on the market.

He is an attorney in NYC and has had great success in the early stages of his apartment syndication career.

Using this experience, he has also grown a successful brokerage business. Neil’s long track record of complementary real estate businesses gives him a unique perspective on today’s market. 

In the forty-second episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Jake Oreskovich. Jake started his real estate journey in 2008 as an on-site property manager at a 48-unit apartment complex in Kansas City, Missouri. After his introduction to real estate as a property manager he moved back to his hometown of Pueblo, CO to start investing in his own properties. Since that time he has been an active investor with tax liens, flips, wholesaling, and buy & hold single family and duplex portfolios. In 2020 he decided to venture into commercial real estate and joined a great investment group focused on multi-family and commercial assets. 

In the forty-first episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Chris Weals from Rebel With a Purpose. Chris is a certified life coach. He helps empower men to overcome limiting beliefs to be successful in both life and business. 

In the fortieth episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Alex Buell and Pat Fiore from Property Pro. Alex and Pat manage over 500 units in New York. They invest in their own properties and also have a real estate brokerage. Their team has had a lot of recent success and they plan on continuing to grow. 

In the thirty ninth episode of Collecting Real Estate we interviewed Brian Alfaro and Cody Laughlin from Blue Oak Capital. Brian and Cody have had a very successful year in multifamily investing and they attribute it to knowing their value adds. They are very good at networking, creating online engagement and implementing systems and these skills are helping them grow at a swift pace. In the thirty eighth episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interview Darren Light from Real Wealth Solutions. Darren started his real estate career investing in single family homes but quickly realized that in order to scale his business, he would have to transition to larger multifamily assets. After joining the Jake and Gino community, Darren met his partner Greg and has continued to build relationships to become the successful multifamily syndicator that he is today. 

In the thirty seventh episode of Collecting Real Estate, Bill and Stephen discuss Bill's most recent purchase- a 60-unit townhouse style apartment complex in Latham, NY. Bill joined two partners to execute the deal and are managing it in-house. This is Bill's largest acquisition to date and the numbers on the deal are great.
