In the forty-sixth episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Jordan D'Silva from Web City Properties. 

Jordan D’Silva is a 25-year old real estate investor from Dallas, TX. He is CEO of Web City Properties, an investment company started by his father in 2005. Web City Properties owns and manages over 500 single family rental properties and mortgage notes and is entering the multifamily space in Texas and Oklahoma. 

Jordan enjoys taking on difficult value-add properties, leading teams, and providing quality housing with great customer service. Jordan also runs a nonprofit dedicated to providing solutions for families living in poverty. 

In his free time, Jordan enjoys traveling, football, and trying new foods. 

In the forty-fifth episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Ryan Barone from rentredi. As a student at Pace University in NYC, Ryan Barone quickly realized inefficiencies while renting apartments. Instead of accepting these challenges, Ryan began working on a software to fix them. After working at Goldman Sachs and PwC, Ryan decided to go full-time into his new software company RentRedi. Today, RentRedi works with landlords and tenants throughout the country as they quickly grow into one of the most popular property management softwares available on the market.

In the forty-second episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Jake Oreskovich. Jake started his real estate journey in 2008 as an on-site property manager at a 48-unit apartment complex in Kansas City, Missouri. After his introduction to real estate as a property manager he moved back to his hometown of Pueblo, CO to start investing in his own properties. Since that time he has been an active investor with tax liens, flips, wholesaling, and buy & hold single family and duplex portfolios. In 2020 he decided to venture into commercial real estate and joined a great investment group focused on multi-family and commercial assets.

In the fortieth episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Alex Buell and Pat Fiore from Property Pro. Alex and Pat manage over 500 units in New York. They invest in their own properties and also have a real estate brokerage. Their team has had a lot of recent success and they plan on continuing to grow.

Brian and Cody have had a very successful year in multifamily investing and they attribute it to knowing their value adds.
