Isaac Phillips is the founder and principal of Generational Capital, an investment firm founded with a focus on purchasing and operating larger multifamily assets and creating generational wealth for its investors. He is also the Director of Operations at Gemini Capital Management, a vertically integrated investment firm that operates a blended portfolio of all types of real estate assets in Mid-Michigan. Isaac holds his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Business Operations Management from Northwood University. He and his family enjoy traveling, camping, and other outdoor activities.

In the seventy- fifth episode of Collecting Real Estate, we interviewed Joe Sullivan.

Joe spent 12 years in operations for a Facility Services company, and he has recently transitioned to a full-time multi-family investor. Joe brings years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies into his real estate investing career. In 2018 he starting investing in duplexes in Kansas City getting his feet wet in real estate investing. In 2020 he joined the Jake and Gino community and made the leap into Multifamily. In January he joined the MIH Mastermind Group and has been able to scale his business to 400+ units in the Midwest. 

Joe is co-host of “KC Multifamily and More”, which is a real-estate networking group. They host monthly virtual sessions to share his passion for real estate with others. 

Joe found his passion for multifamily after his coach and now partner encouraged him to push past his limiting beliefs. His “why” is to leave a legacy for generations to come in his family and to allow him freedom for his family. Joe resides in Kansas City with his wife and four daughters.

Joe Leun is an investor in the Binghamton, NY market. After growing up on Long Island Joe attended Binghamton University where he received a bachelors in Economics. Binghamton was also where the found the inspiration to invest in real estate. Joe realized the potential that student rentals had and at age 22 he bought his first rental. That first deal gave him an education worth more than any book, podcast, or video. Now, Joe operates a small portfolio in the college town and is looking to grow quickly in the near future using creative financing strategies. Joe is also a Realtor actively taking on new investors and partners to scale his business.

Combining a Jake and Gino meetup in Austin, TX and a Luke Wren meetup in Sarasota, FL provided plenty of opportunities for networking and learning. Christine resides in Westchester, NY with her husband and 2 young boys. She started her career as an R&D Food Scientist. Thirteen years later into her corporate career, she realized the freedom real estate brought to her and her family and pursued that direction full-time in 2020. She currently owns 4 rental properties through the BRRRR strategy in Philadelphia, PA and 2 rentals in Westchester, NY. 

In addition to actively investing in rental properties, she and her husband are Limited Partners in 6 syndications across 1000+ units in multifamily and mobile home park funds, and a JV partner on 2 deals in NC and SC. She is currently an active co-GP in multifamily projects with focus in the Southeast, Texas and Arizona.
