Joe spent 12 years in operations for a Facility Services company, and he has recently transitioned to a full-time multi-family investor. Joe brings years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies into his real estate investing career. In 2018 he starting investing in duplexes in Kansas City getting his feet wet in real estate investing. In 2020 he joined the Jake and Gino community and made the leap into Multifamily. In January he joined the MIH Mastermind Group and has been able to scale his business to 400+ units in the Midwest. 

Joe is co-host of “KC Multifamily and More”, which is a real-estate networking group. They host monthly virtual sessions to share his passion for real estate with others. 

Joe found his passion for multifamily after his coach and now partner encouraged him to push past his limiting beliefs. His “why” is to leave a legacy for generations to come in his family and to allow him freedom for his family. Joe resides in Kansas City with his wife and four daughters.

Joe Leun is an investor in the Binghamton, NY market. After growing up on Long Island Joe attended Binghamton University where he received a bachelors in Economics. Binghamton was also where the found the inspiration to invest in real estate. Joe realized the potential that student rentals had and at age 22 he bought his first rental. That first deal gave him an education worth more than any book, podcast, or video. Now, Joe operates a small portfolio in the college town and is looking to grow quickly in the near future using creative financing strategies. Joe is also a Realtor actively taking on new investors and partners to scale his business.

In addition to actively investing in rental properties, she and her husband are Limited Partners in 6 syndications across 1000+ units in multifamily and mobile home park funds, and a JV partner on 2 deals in NC and SC. She is currently an active co-GP in multifamily projects with focus in the Southeast, Texas and Arizona.
