Jordan and Greg explore terminology from a groundbreaking new book that can help us all reimagine sexual behavior in college and possibly reduce assaultive behavior.

Today, Jordan and Greg give some insight into how to be there for a friend that is dealing with a mental health issue. They discuss effective communication strategies and how to remain focused on your own needs during this difficult time.

In the first episode of our second season together, Greg and Jordan tackle what it’s like to be overwhelmed during this time, how to notice it, and how to differentiate it with burn out.

In this episode, Greg and Jordan tackle various issues surrounding men and masculinity and how it relates to college. They try to explore some of the barriers created by toxic masculinity while increasing understanding of what healthy masculinity can look like.

This episode is dedicated to the murder of George Floyd and how this tragedy is a reflection of racism and oppression faced by people of color every day. His murder has given energy to the anti-racist movement through protest across the country. We hope to not only address the larger context of these protests, but also focus on what this means for college students, specifically. We realize that one of the more difficult things to do at this time is just start the conversation around racial identities so we will delve into this as it relates to privilege, bias, racism, and other issues.
