The purpose of the TMCC Institutional Advisory Council is to ensure the linkage of the College to the community it serves and to anticipate future regional educational trends. The Council will meet at least quarterly to advise the College President, the Vice Chancellor for Community Colleges, the Chancellor and the Board of Regents Standing Committee on Community Colleges on questions regarding operation of the College. The Council shall function and exercise the powers set forth by the Nevada Board of Regents.

Students and employees gathered for a Moment of Unity, to celebrate our diversity of identity and stand together against hate. Led by our Equity and Inclusion Office, we were present together to reflect on recent and on-going tragedies and how we react to them as a community.

The S.E.E.4 Vets organization generously donates $5,000 to Truckee Meadows Community College to help more veterans attend college.
