The pinnacle of Christian apologetics is the resurrection of Jesus. If Jesus had simply died on the cross, our sins would have been covered by Him, but we would have no hope of new life. This is why, in the spiritual realm, everything rises and falls on the resurrection. Because Jesus lived, we will live also. This is the great news of the gospel message. 1 Corinthians 15 introduces this important theme of the resurrection with a look at Paul's own ministry life. It reminds us that our hope of future resurrection is the basis of our Christian service.

Martin Luther once said that the doctrine of justification by faith is the doctrine on which the church stands or falls. Then, what are the benefits of believers' righteous standing before God- The apostle Paul, after declaring the meaning of justification by faith in Romans 3-4, explains to us what we have and enjoy through this doctrine. Tonight's message- Benefits of Justification by Faith -Rom 5-1-5-.

Psalm 142 is a wisdom psalm where David lamented that the world around him was cruel. He rejoiced that, while no person would help him, God was his Refuge. Our text today provides a similar story of an uncaring world. Judas, one of Jesus' own followers, betrayed our Lord to the priests. In a moment of remorse, Judas tried to undo his crime, but with no success. His despair led him to commit suicide. What a terrible reminder that the world is not a loving place. Today's sermon- A Cruel World for Burdened Souls -Matthew 27-1-10-.

One of the most important lessons that parents can teach their children is the value of senior saints. The lesson has two practical parts. First, parents should strive to be the right kind of example. Christian seniors should be further along in exemplifying the grace of Jesus in their words and demeanor.
