First, The plaintiff dated the defendant, who he claims was abusive and constantly accused him of cheating. The plaintiff says his ex-girlfriend ran into his car when he was on a date, so he’s suing for car damages. The defendant says the plaintiff cheated on her all the time. She denies owing her.

Then, The plaintiff married the defendant when she was 14 and the defendant was 19. She has two daughters and says the defendant denies fathering both children. She’s petitioning the court for a paternity test. The defendant argues the plaintiff got pregnant with the first daughter when they were separated, and he believes his brother could be the father. He wants to put this whole thing behind him.
