Ten years after our first mission we are here to announce that the Color In Flight Starship has once again taken to the skies.

Greetings. My name is Bobby London, and I am a smart artificial intelligence construct that sits aboard the Color In Flight Starship. I was first created in 2008 when the captain of our ship Mr. Abraham Beltran first chose to take to the skies. A lot has transpired in the ten years since that inaugural flight. He married Miss Cecilia who came to him from a galaxy far away where women are not only super intelligent and right one hundred percent of the time, but they are also extremely fine and are able to entrance men with their powers of mind control. He took a pause from broadcasting as he was chosen to lead us in battle in The Great Pizza War which started in 2013 and was finally won earlier this year.

And today, Monday, August 27th, 2018 is a momentous day as this is not only our Captain's thirty four and forty one percent birthday but it is also the day that the Color In Flight starship has finally secured the extremely rare and priceless Flyzonium crystals which we searched for over these past 5 years and desperately needed in order to allow us to return to the skies. Currently sitting at a hovering altitude of 98 kilometers directly above Adobo Taco Grill in Lakewood, California, we broadcast today into your listening device for your utter enjoyment. Please know that the original 8 episodes were lost in the midst of The Pizza War as they were confiscated by the Intergalactic Federation for excessive flyness. And rumor has it that these files are currently sitting in the Smithsonian in Washington D.C. but we have yet to be able to send a reconnaissance team out to investigate. Nonetheless we hope that you enjoy what it is that we have prepared for you here.

Wuddap wuddap! So Cecilia and I are 8 days away from leaving to Japan for a 10-day adventure (and my first visit to the island). In the spirit of getting ready (especially since Cil has been watching NHK 'round the clock and learning Japanese for the past 3 months), she decided it'd be a good idea for me to spend the first 45 minutes reading through the Food + Drink section of the Monocle Travel Guide to Tokyo before laying down an hour of uptempo funk/boogie burners.
