An "old friend" planned on stopping by the home of Phillip Peters, but when he got there, instead of knocking on the door, he waited until no one was home and made a home in Phillip and his wife's attic. Ok I think that's enough info... just know that this became known as "the ghost slaying", Denver at its wildest.
