Host Jeff Crank sits down with State Director of Americans for Prosperity Colorado Jesse Mallory to talk about TABOR, which is a taxpayer bill of rights. This amendment to the Constitution of the state of Colorado generally limits the amount of revenue the state government can retain and spend, which  begs the question - why don't other states have a taxpayer bill of rights?
