She is the current WBC Featherweight aus champ and also WBC ranked number 4 in the world and fresh off a IFMA campaign where she captured the bronze medal in Thailand. She talks about the impact strength training has had for her fight career so far and investing in help with her nutrition and enlisting a boxing coach to improve her heavy hands style. We also delves into her mindset training which she started in preparation for her second IFMA trip after finding the mental rigours of the first one was something to be addressed. plus much more!
