This episode the fellas are not in self isolation yet, but test the waters out on podcasting remotely this week. They talk about the shut down of Combat sports in NSW and the effects all over Australia from the toilet paper shortages to gyms feeling the brunt of members cancelling. We do ask in this time of need that if you are financially able to keep your gym going by paying memberships even at an reduced rate it will greaten the chance of your gym still being around once this pandemic is over. This episode the fellas call in Carl Thiedeke from Mexico. Carl is an Australian who has a long history in Muaythai and used to train and fight out of PTJ Muaythai gym owned by Andy Parnham. Now he is based in Mexico where he is heavily involved with creating positive change with Muaythai in Mexico and showing a lot local of gyms how to train the sport properly and help officiate promotions there. He also found a very healthy Jiu Jitsu scene and fell love with the sport and is actively competing and training.
