We all have a God-given purpose assigned to us before we had a name, according to Jeremiah. Which means, every day that we delay our own healing from trauma, addiction, and heartache, we're delaying the freedom of someone we're called to. 

To heal, we have to identify the wound..

In order to discuss our trauma, we need good company.. 

To find good company, we need discernment.
