The mothers of the House of Israel did not have it easy. Rachel struggled with infertility. Leah was unloved. Zilpah and Bilhah might have had it the worst as they were unloved and couldn't claim their own children. Though all of them had their struggles, there is a hint within Leah's story that can teach us something very significant. And it is a principle that applies to all of the mothers of the House of Israel, as well as to us.
