Shanika Shannel is many things. She is a writer, a singer, an author, a teacher but she is currently dedicated to healing! Growing up she was taught that what happens in the house, stays in the house. But she has lived through the negative impact that this mindset causes. She has beat death, more than once. She has had everything taken away from her and had to start from 0, learning how to walk and talk all over again. Shanika is a survivor. She is a warrior. She is the definition of resilience. After hiding from the world, she is finally ready to speak up and share her life experiences unapologetically. No more protecting others, because this is her story to tell. This is all about healing.
