Everybody's working hard for a cookie. But here's the real question: Is that cookie even worth what you're sacrificing?
Too many men are chasing money, recognition, success, and approval without stopping to ask themselves what truly matters.
We're working overtime, trying to prove ourselves, comparing our lives to others, and sometimes losing our peace just to feel like we've made it.
In this episode of Come On Man Podcast, we're talking about knowing your worth, finding your purpose, and understanding the difference between working hard and chasing something that will never satisfy you.
Because at the end of the day, it's not about how hard you work. It's about knowing why you're working.
Come on, man… Don't spend your whole life chasing a reward that costs you everything that matters.

Come on, man… why are you so busy watching everybody else’s life that you’re neglecting your own?
In this episode of Come On Man Podcast, we’re talking about watering your own garden—giving your marriage, family, health, faith, and personal growth the attention they deserve. Somebody else’s success isn’t proof that you’re failing, and their timeline doesn’t have to be yours.

It really does—especially when you’re putting in work and the results aren’t showing up fast enough.
Trusting the process means working while the proof is still invisible. That’s the part nobody likes.
You’re showing up. You’re staying consistent. But your mind keeps asking, “When is this finally going to pay off?”
And sometimes the answer is: not yet.
But “not yet” doesn’t mean never.
COME ON MAN… trusting the process sucks. But quitting the process sucks even more—because then you’ll never find out what all that work could’ve become.
Keep stacking days. You don’t need proof today. You need another rep.

Sometimes a man isn’t lazy. He isn’t unmotivated. He isn’t giving up.
He’s just tired.
Tired of always having to be strong. Tired of work. Tired of responsibilities. Tired of everybody needing something. Tired of hearing, “I need you to do one more thing…” 😭
And sometimes you just want to look at the boss, people and family say:
“Boss man… respectfully… I ain’t got nothing left in the tank today.” 😂
But there’s a real message underneath it: rest doesn’t mean you’re falling off. Sometimes you need to recharge so you can keep showing up.
COME ON MAN… even the strongest man gets tired. 💪🏾

Sometimes you’re not giving up—you’re just tired. Life gets heavy, discipline slips, motivation disappears, and suddenly you don’t recognize the man you’ve been lately.
This episode is for the man who feels like he’s falling off physically, mentally, spiritually, or just in life.
You don’t need to have everything figured out today. You just need to make the decision to get back up.
You’re not finished. You’re not done. COME ON MAN… get back in the fight.

Come on man... I HATE freaking running! 😂
But sometimes the things you hate doing are exactly the things that expose your discipline.
Running isn't comfortable. It's tiring, frustrating, and there are days when I want absolutely nothing to do with it. But that's the point. Discipline isn't about only doing what you enjoy—it's about showing up when your mind is giving you every excuse to stop.
In this episode, I talk about my love-hate relationship with running, pushing through the mental battle, and learning that you don't have to love something to understand why you need it.
Because sometimes growth sounds like:
"Man... I don't want to do this."
And doing it anyway.
