Or worse (!), a way of clearing space to tackle unresolved grief around her mother's mental illness and subsequent suicide. Karen and Kalimba discuss their wildly different free sessions with a Jungian-trained life coach. Karen went deep, connecting her control issues with her teenager to the loss of her mother to mental illness.
