Sasha is a yoga and yoga therapy teacher with over 500 hours of training and over 3000 hours of teaching experience in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Russia, and has been teaching yoga to adults and kids since 2017. Her main focus is on safety through correct alignment and understanding the needs & abilities of each individual.
