Hour 1:  Congress granted $380 million in border security funding to Middle Eastern countries. Similar funding has been included in other spending packages in recent years. Comedian Adam Carolla joins the show to discuss his upcoming show at the Tower Theater on April 12th.   As the minimum wage for fast food workers rose to $20 an hour in California, Mod Pizza has shut down 27 restaurants across the U.S.
