If laughter is medicine, comedian Joey Guila has your prescription. His biggest joy is to bring happiness to any event. He is a complete entertainer on stage and takes you through a journey of Old School and New School, his multicultural style of comedy hits home for all audiences. Before Comedy, he was a licensed cosmetologist working in Beverly Hills.
Joey won the regional "Kings Of Comedy" competition. He had an hour special on Hulu and was on Warner Bros animation film Luis and the Aliens. Recently he was in the movie Lumpia With A Vengeance. He has also been on HBO, Showtime and you can now watch him on Netflix on Jokoy's In His Elements Special.
As a cancer survivor, his biggest mission is to bring healing laughter through standup comedy. Joey says he is living his dream and now wants to be the first Eurasian on Cribs to have a chandelier in his mobile home. “To laugh is to Live, so Live Long and Keep Laughing,” – Joey Guila.
