Continuing with the quarantine edition, here's a cool interview with Anthony Begnal. A punk rock artist and musician, he's had his work published, exhibited, and currently is in the band Chesty Malone and The Slice Em Ups. His wife, Chesty vocalist Jaqueline Blownaparte occasionally pops in during the interview. We all check out songs from the latest Chesty Malone release, and discus his art. Good times. Originally broadcast on WCHSradio.org on April 29, 2020.

Season two got off to a rocky start. For some 'reason', my interviews with cartoonist Tim Kelly and DC/Marvel artist extraordinaire Jamal Igle were NOT recorder - although it should have! That happened with season one regarding comic book artist and illustrator Dave Fox, and Comic Book radio host Mark Torres, host of It Came From The Radio. Then COVID-19 happened. NYC went into a shutdown. As everyone went into a quarantine, my radio show went remote. Things went a bit smoother after that.
The Quarantine edition started with the return of cartoonist and artist Maria Photinkas. Photinakas now has a critically acclaimed webcomic about Covid19 on WEBTOONS. In this episode, we discuss what it's like being in quarantine while having a liberation or two.

Michele Witchipoo conducts short interviews with legends Xamie Hernandez (LOs Hernandez Bros., Love and Rockets), Diane Nooman, and full length interview with Boston cartoonist E.J. Barnes. Done during MICE Expo 2019, in Cambridge, MA.
The interviews with Hernandez and Nooman was done on the spot, without planning/research. Very last minute. Thanks to both parties for their patience, and agreeing to be part of the process. The E.J. Barnes interview was better conducted. (E.J. Barnes website: http://ejbarnes.com/)
