Olivia Dell is a partner at NOVA Impact and an analyst at Falkon Ventures where she works on areas related to venture and impact analysis and partnerships.

Olivia graduated from Colorado College with a degree in Sociology and studied strategic business at the London School of Economics. Her passions lie in merging the worlds of business and impact as well as building tools for next-gens to get involved in strategic and sustainable development.

Olivia joined Chelsea Toler-Hoffmann as a Founding Partner of Next Gen Generosity which inspired over 1Million Next Gen Acts of Generosity across the globe and raised over $800,000 for next-gen initiatives and issue areas and as an advisory board member of the Keep Families Giving Foundation.

She is best known for her role as Hilary Banks on the NBC sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Karyn has gone on to found and produce Sweet Blackberry, an award-winning series of children’s animated films, to share stories about unsung black heroes in history, featuring narration from stars such as Alfre Woodard, Queen Latifah, and Chris Rock. It’s been screened on HBO and Netflix and enjoyed by schools and libraries across the country.

She became a published author in 2019 with the release of her children’s novel, How High the Moon. Her second book, Flying Free, debuted in December 2020.

Interview with Luis Salgado, international director, choreographer, and educator who is well known for his work as the Latin Assistant Choreographer of the Tony Award-winning musical In The Heights, and recently performed in the Gloria Estefan Musical, On Your Feet! Broadway.

In the past 3 years, his work has been focused as a director and producer with his company Salgado Productions which is committed to making Art with A Purpose. His commitment to storytelling has led him to conceive and direct productions that tell original stories of Latin America.  Some of his recent directing work includes RL’s 2011 Choreographers Festival, Amigo Duende (NYC), Candela Fuerza y Pasion, and Aniversario Sin Cuenta (Lima Peru)  to mention a few.

Aaron Duran is a writer and media producer in Portland, Oregon. He currently hosts the weekly podcast Geek in the City Radio (FKA Film Fever Radio), with Denise Espinosa and Kabel Hashitani; serves as webmaster of GeekInTheCity.com, is an occasional guest on the daily podcast Funemployment Radio.com, and was a regular guest on the Cort and Fatboy Shows and The Rick Emerson Show. He also served as a producer for the paranormal talk show Ground Zero Radio with Clyde Lewis.

Aaron published the comic series La Brujeria, Dark Anna & the Pirates of Kadath, and The Forgotten Tyrs novels, all of which can be found on Amazon!

Ryan is an actor, writer, and simulation specialist living in NYC. He has performed on Broadway in Shrek and Gettin’ the Band Back Together as well as the international hit, Altar Boyz off-Broadway and many others. Ryan has a degree in foreign language from George Mason University and works with the non-profit Only Make Believe doing theater with kids in hospitals, and Mursion as a simulation specialist.

With extensive Broadway credits, J. Elaine is known for her comedic timing and scene-stealing roles. J. Elaine starred as "Lily St. Regis" in the Broadway revival of Annie opposite Jane Lynch, and as "Cynthia" in Priscilla Queen of the Desert which earned her an Astaire Award Nomination for Excellence in Dance. Other Broadway credits include the revival of A Chorus Line, The Wedding Singer, Flower Drum Song, Sweet Charity, Wonderful Town, and Miss Saigon.

J. Elaine made her feature film debut in Morning Glory as "Lisa Bartlett" opposite Rachel McAdams. J. Elaine continued to appear on the big screen in St. Vincent (2014) with Bill Murray, Before I Disappear (2014), and in the critically acclaimed documentary Every Little Step (2008), which chronicles the emotional audition process for the Broadway revival of A Chorus Line.

As a comedian, J. Elaine writes and produces her own comedy blog Motivational Mondays with "V" on her J. Elaine Marcos YouTube Channel as well as continuing to produce her own brand of comedy which incorporates everything a Broadway gypsy does well, singing, dancing, and acting. J. Elaine is a graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy. She is originally from Burlington, Ontario, Canada and now resides in Los Angeles. J. Elaine is often described as the Asian-Kristin Chenoweth.
