Jim and Fred speak with horror author Peggy Christie about her work Hell Hath No Fury and upcoming projects. Star Wars dropped a new trailer for "The Rise Of Skywalker" this week and Jim has some thoughts to share. What do you think it all means?

Darryl Banks talks about his work with DC on Green Lantern, where he co created Kyle Rayner, Parallax, Grayven, and other well known characters. His new project, a collaboration with Ron Marz, is called Harken's Raiders and will be available soon.

Fred and Jim talk about issue #1000 of Detective Comics starring Batman celebrating his 80th anniversary. Jim is not a fan of the new Shazam movie and explains the origins of Shazam vs Captain Marvel. BatCon is happening again this year in Logansport, IN and we have details.

Alan Brennert is our guest this week. Brennert has worked on Wonder Woman TV show, Buck Rogers, LA Law, The New Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits and numerous comic book stories in his long career. His "To Kill A Legend" Batman story is considered a fan favorite. Brennert also has written for Star Trek for Marvel, and did four issues of The Brave And The Bold. He continue to write to this day.

It's the 80th anniversary of the first appearance of Batman and Bowling Green State University in Ohio is holding a 2 day conference to celebrate. We speak with Chuck Coletta from the Popular Culture Department about Batman's influence on pop culture over the years. The new Avengers trailer is out and people are reacting.
