With all these re-releases of movies, the top grossing films list is changing.  The Dark Knight is close to being dethroned. Should re-releases count toward this list?

Furthermore, it's time for yet another prequel, as Before Watchmen makes headlines in the comic book world. What does this book hold in store for us? Just two short months after the official announcement from Wizards of the Coast about a new D&D edition, gamers are eager for any information about the new incarnation of the game that's made the industry what it is today.  As expected,  the guys at Comic Issues are no exception. With Andrew still absent, Darran, Daryck, and Anthony spend the podcast talking about the news released, the rumors that fall out of mills, and what they'd personally like to see from the brand that they've loved.

The guys also discuss critical topics, such as as why The Touch is an amazing song, or if people who dress up as satyrs could be considered Furries.  Darran also has a big announcement this week that he saves for the end.

This week the guys talk all comics in true late-night diner style. It begins with Anthony's concept of present geeks passing on their love of comics onto their children and quickly ramps up into a discussion about the quality of reading for kids today and the slippery slope in the future.

Everyone's fired up this podcast as three nerds enter the Thunderdome, but who will come out the victor? All will be settled, though, when the guys come to agree that "B League" comic characters really need some "A League" love and use the New 52 launch as their example.

There is place where you can get rid of those geeky things that you just hate. It's called the Vault. What geek thing would you just like to see locked away for good?

That very question is answered tonight as the Vault makes it's triumphant return. As our heroes decide the fate of those very geeky items. This week is also game night, with our heroes taking a look at the upcoming Board Game movies including: Battleship and Candy Land. So what was last Friday? Only the ultimate podcast gone live.

That's right, ladies and gentlemen. Last Friday at 6:00pm PST our heroes from Comic Issues took the next step into a Live Show. While being broadcast via Ustream, there was plenty of fun to be had. Not only did we have a live chat for you the listeners to ask us questions, we even found out the sound that a Camel makes!

Thanks to all that showed up and participated. It was a blast. For those that missed out, don't worry, looks like the live shows might be becoming a little more regular. More information and details coming soon. Stay tuned.
