Happy Halloween!!! Oh and booo... scared you right? No... oh ok... well anyway on this special spooky edition of Comicast, Michael is joined by Chalice Williams of Reel Movie Junkie to talk about all the films they watched remote covering Fantastic Fest 2026.  

The duo discuss Girl in the Night (more like Michael gushes), Pathetic Fallacy, Attack on Paradise, Kung Fu Deadly, Death Has No Master, Bloody Tennis, Too Many Beasts, The Heretiks, and A Prayer for the Dying. They also discuss some of the films that were at Fantastic Fest but saw outside of their remote coverage such as Primetime, Resident Evil, Carrie, Wild Horse Nine, and Beware Boiúna. 

It's a wide ranging conversation about the films, what Fantastic Fest is, what audience members can expect from a film festival like it, remote coverage, and how Michael somehow got mainly comedy films even though he didn't try to get comedy films... smh how Michael???
