Comin' At Ya

Hey True Believers,

I am feeling great!! I don't want to jinx it but I am in such a positive place. Mentally, physically, spiritually things are coming together for me. I'm beginning to see results from all the hard work and it's motivating!  This was a super fun episode and we had a special guest, Nick Grinups in studio. He's a super cool fella who writes for Sherdog and he's also a stand up comedian. We cover a variety of topics in Fight News and also delve into how he got into comedy and journalism. I hope you all dig this episode and have a great weekend!

Hey True Believers,

this week on the show we have guests galore, in studio we had pro mma fighter, Lex Ludlow. He's been one of our guys for years now and he is planning on making a splash with his return into mixed martial arts competition. Also calling in we have mma journalist and budding stand up comic, Nick Grinups who offers his take on the upcoming GSP vs Bisping fight and other topics in the world of Fight News.

We also have a game in studio where Lex challenges me to see who knows more pro wrestling inside lingo. I don't want to break Kayfabe but it's a finish with some controversy! Hope you all have a great weekend folks!

Hey True Believers,

how are you all? I hope you are well. I'm finally feeling better after going through a really nasty flu bug and it wasn't fun at all! This is going to be an interesting time in my country. Trump is going to be President. Shit is going to get wild here, people protesting, alot of scared people, etc. Take care of yourselves and don't take things too seriously.

Hey True Believers,

I hope you are all doing well and that your work week is almost at an end. We are keeping the momentum going with great episodes and a killer vibe. It's funny, when I first had the idea to do a podcast it was to have something that I didn't need anyone else to make it. I wanted something that was solely mine. To be honest these past few months have driven home to me that it's really a three man show. I love the direction of how things are going. I look forward to see what new antics we come up with.

Hey True Believers,

things are starting to move in a really good and positive direction in my life: I'm working on my physical health and it's having profound affects on my mental health as well, helping me during what has been traditionally a very difficult time of the year for me. Last week I reunited with my first band, which hasn't played together in almost twenty years! I am so grateful and happy we got a chance to all reconnect and share that moment together! This week's show is a great one! We had not one, but two call ins! Fighting on XCC 27 on February 24th we had Lateesha Mohl and also Kris Gratalo call in and discuss a variety of topics, but in particular their upcoming fights on that card. Also, if you watch the video feed that we broadcast live on Facebook you might see that we are upgrading some things in the studio. Chris decided their should be light!!!  I hope you all have a great weekend!

Hey True Believers,

I hope you are all doing well and in good spirits! I don't often get to talk as much pro wrestling as I'd like so when I do I want to take advantage of it, unfortunetly The Kidd did not want to talk pro wrestling and sort of hijacked the segment...oh well. It made for some fun radio. Next week we will try to get my friend Martin into the studio where Todd and Martin will play the parts of myself and The Kidd. Should be interesting! Have a great week folks!

Hey True Believers,

as I write this I am currently battling round two of this evil goddamn flu! Not fun! Anyways this is a great episode and I think you'll like it. That's all I got. I'm going back to bed. Don't get on any ladders on Friday the 13th. Stay safe.

Happy New Years True Believers,

it's the first episode of the new year and we are trying new things. First off we are trying out multi-cameras for the facebook live broadcast. I'm still not sure if we will continue to do the video live or just present it to you all after it's recorded like the audio. In any case, some things to work out still and it's ok. This episode had a pretty good vibe. I'm still recovering from a nasty flu bug so my voice is a little tired but I tried to do the best I could. Enjoy your weekend folks!
