We all have our version of hardship, struggles and challenges to overcome. But if we know our challenges in life, but decide to do nothing, what consequences does that have for us? On the other hand, what happens if we choose to do what's hard?

My hope is that this podcast feels like a steady room: a place to pause, reflect, and come back to yourself.
