US Army Veteran and Executive Director of Swords to Plowshares talks about the unique stress Veterans go through when transitioning from active duty back to civilian life. Capt. Bob talks to Michael about how Swords to Plowshares uses its community-based not-for-profit organization to provide needs assessment and case management, employment and training, housing, and legal assistance to approximately 3,000 veterans in the San Francisco Bay Area each year.
