On this episode of Coming Into Focus, I have the privilege of sitting down with someone I've admired for years, Elle Macpherson.
Known around the world as one of the most recognizable women of our time, Elle has built an extraordinary career that extends far beyond the pages of Sports Illustrated. As an entrepreneur, she has created global brands, including her wellness company, WelleCo, which offers premium, plant-based nutritional supplements inspired by a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
In this deeply thoughtful conversation, Elle shares her personal journey to wellness, her evolving relationship with aging, and the spiritual practices that have helped shape the woman she is today. We explore what it means to live authentically, to trust your intuition, and to redefine success on your own terms.
What struck me most wasn't simply everything Elle has accomplished, it was her presence. She speaks with honesty, grace, and wisdom, and there's a quiet power in the way she shares her experiences.
Her words have a way of gently weaving themselves into your heart, leaving you inspired to slow down, reflect, and embrace your own journey with greater intention.
This is a conversation about health, purpose, authenticity, and discovering that our greatest strength often comes from living in alignment with who we truly are.
In this episode of Coming Into Focus, Helen sits down with beloved actress Nancy Travis for a warm, honest, and deeply thoughtful conversation about aging, creativity, Hollywood, reinvention, women’s stories, AI, and what it means to stay connected to your creative voice through every season of life.
Known for her memorable roles in Three Men and a Baby, Three Men and a Little Lady, So I Married an Axe Murderer, Last Man Standing, The Kominsky Method, Mr. Mercedes, and more, Nancy reflects on her decades-long career in film and television, the changing entertainment industry, and the questions she is asking now about purpose, creative fulfillment, and what comes next.
Helen and Nancy talk about the realities of aging in Hollywood, the roles available to women over 60, the pressure to look younger, and the beauty that can come from embracing age rather than running from it. Nancy also shares how writing has become a meaningful creative outlet, why she is rethinking the idea of waiting for the phone to ring, and how she continues to find ways to tell human stories with honesty and heart.
Together, they explore the rise of AI, the future of movies and streaming, the loss of shared community experiences, and why authentic storytelling matters more than ever. This is a conversation about aging with purpose, creative reinvention, women’s stories, human connection, and the courage to ask what comes next.

In this solo episode of Coming Into Focus, Helen explores the power of representation, and why it matters so deeply, especially for women as we age.
After a simple walk and an unexpected moment of reflection, Helen shares her thoughts on beauty, authenticity, and the growing pressure women feel to alter themselves in order to fit a certain image. She speaks openly about aging, the choices we make, and the importance of seeing real, honest representations of women at every stage of life.
This episode is a reminder that beauty is not something we lose with time, it’s something that evolves. And that who we are, as we are, is already enough.
Through personal stories, reflections on women who inspire her, and a powerful invitation to shift inward, Helen encourages listeners to embrace their own journey, document their lives, and redefine what it means to age.
This episode also includes a gentle moment of pause and self-reflection, an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and remember your own worth.
In this episode, Helen explores:
This is an episode about truth, self-acceptance, and remembering that the most powerful thing you can be… is yourself.
Health expert Jackie Gaulton returns to Coming Into Focus for a conversation on consistency over perfection when it comes to our bodies and our health.
In a world that constantly tells us to fix, change, and perfect ourselves, to get ready for summer, for an event, for the next version of who we’re supposed to be, this conversation offers a different perspective.
What if health isn’t about quick fixes or doing everything perfectly?
What if it’s about the small, consistent ways we show up for ourselves over time?
Together, we explore what it means to move away from extremes and into a more sustainable, supportive relationship with your body, one built on awareness, patience, and commitment.
Because real change doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens in the quiet, everyday moments where you choose to stay.

In this deeply personal episode of Coming Into Focus, Helen opens up about a shift she began noticing in her own body. Despite eating well and exercising regularly, things stopped responding the way they once had. What followed wasn’t just frustration, it was a quiet loss of trust in her own body.
This experience led her to today’s guest, Jackie Gaulton.
Jackie is an E-RYT 500 certified yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and nutrition coach who works from a whole-health perspective. Her approach integrates movement, mindfulness, stress management, and nutrition to support the body as a connected system, not a problem to be fixed.
Rather than offering quick solutions or rigid programs, Jackie focuses on helping women reconnect to their bodies and understand the deeper factors influencing their health.
Together, Helen and Jackie explore:
This conversation is an honest reflection on what it means to care for our bodies differently as we age, with curiosity, compassion, and a deeper understanding of what our bodies truly need.

In this episode of Coming Into Focus, Helen offers something a little different, a gentle meditation for anyone who has been feeling the weight of this in-between moment.
Lately, many of us are experiencing a quiet heaviness: sadness, worry, uncertainty, alongside hope and anticipation for what’s to come. It can feel like we’re standing on a bridge, no longer where we were, not quite where we’re going, and that space can bring up emotions that are hard to name.
This episode is an invitation to pause, breathe, and simply allow what is. Rather than trying to fix, control, or make sense of our feelings, Helen guides you into a place of softness and presence, where emotions are welcomed without judgment and gently allowed to move through.
You can listen while walking, driving, or going about your day, or settle in somewhere quiet and close your eyes.
There is no right way to experience this meditation.
A grounding, compassionate offering for anyone who feels deeply, this episode reminds us that our sadness, grief, and uncertainty are not signs that something is wrong, but part of what makes us human, connected, and capable of healing.
In this episode of Coming Into Focus, we sit down with Sophie Grégoire Trudeau for an open and deeply human conversation about healing, self-truth, and emotional well-being.
Sophie shares her reflections on beauty standards, trauma, and the lifelong process of healing, and how reconnecting with nature, sisterhood, and inner truth can help us come back to ourselves. With honesty and compassion, she speaks about creating space for mental health, emotional awareness, and living with intention in a world that often pulls us outward.
This episode is an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen, to yourself and to what truly matters.

In this powerful and deeply honest episode, Susan Raphael joins us to share her personal journey through addiction and sobriety. With openness and clarity, Susan reflects on what addiction really looks like, the myths that often surround being sober, and the beliefs that can quietly hold us back from choosing a different path.
Together, we explore where the term spiritist comes from and how spirituality, self-awareness, and support can play a role in recovery. This conversation isn’t about shame or labels , it’s about understanding, compassion, and the courage it takes to face ourselves truthfully.
Susan’s story reminds us that sobriety isn’t just about giving something up, it’s about coming home to yourself, reconnecting with your spirit, and discovering what’s possible when you ask for help.
Whether you are sober, sober-curious, supporting someone you love, or simply interested in understanding addiction more deeply, this episode offers insight, humanity, and hope.

In this solo episode of Coming into Focus, I’m reflecting on the idea of soul sisters, the women we choose, the women who live in our soul, and the friendships that help shape who we are.
Soul sisters are the women who walk beside us, support us, carry us when we need it most, and remind us of our strength. They are an integral part of being a woman and of moving through life in a deeply connected way.
In this episode, I also explore the friendships that come in and out of our lives. Some relationships are meant to last a lifetime, while others are soul contracts that gently come to an end once their purpose has been fulfilled. We talk about how to hold love and compassion for those connections, even when they no longer fit, and how to honor what they offered us along the way.
At the heart of this conversation is the importance of women coming together, supporting one another, lifting each other up, and helping one another rise. This episode is a celebration of friendship, of soul sisters, and of just how fortunate we are to be women, especially when we walk this journey together.
