Our host is John deBary, semi-retired bartender and author of the Drink What You Want. Saved by the Bellini  is his latest cocktail book, and as you might imagine, it’s all about the nineties. He uses the magic of cocktails as a way to explore this totally tubular decade. Saved by the Bellini: The Podcast invites you behind-the-scenes, into the process of writing the book. Each episode John will interview someone who was integral to the process, including his editor, illustrator, historians, and even some people who tended bar in the 90's.
