Do you have an 401K checkbook?  Are you self employed?

If you are self employed and do not have a 401k, there is still time to take advantage of the beneficial 2017 tax law to substantially fund for your retirement.

The maximum a mount you can contribute to your Solo 401k and deduct from your taxable income is $55,000.  If you are over 50 yrs old, you can increase that amount to $61,000.

The initial non binding offer used by buyers is a Letter of Intent. If you and the Seller find agreement in principle, you will formalize the offer with a Purchase Sale Agreement.
