Hey everybody what’s up?
Today on the show I have Brendan Hufford.
Brendan is an online business owner and an SEO specialist, meaning he’s working a full time job while running his online business. He’s also a husband and father, and has other small things on the side such as running Pat Flynn’s Facebook Community. So first - you can understand why this is going to be a very interesting conversation and also see why I brought him on the show - because he’s a lot like me - running multiple operations and a family which I definitely appreciate.
We talk about online discoverability, breaking through the noise as an up and coming entrepreneur, we talk about networking, and of course practical SEO tips for us content creators.
Enjoy everybody! Let’s get this party started!

Hey everybody, today on the show I brought on my friend and fellow member of SPI Accelerator - David Young.
David is the founder of DroneLaunchAcademy and is now selling online training and physical products, with revenue on the high end of 6 figures. But it wasn’t always like that. Today David and I talk about one super important aspect of building an online business which I don’t find many people talking about these days - and that’s - Growing a Remote Team.
We talk about concepts that I only learned in the past two years but it seems like David has got them down for years. We talk about SOPs, Hiring and outsourcing, managing your team, delegating, documenting and creating proper processes.
If you’re into building your online business and brand you’ll definitely walk out of this conversation with a ton of insights not only in the actionable tips but also in how your mind should work when running a business.
Okay ready? let’s do this.

Hey everybody! I just attended FlynnCon - the first ever Live Conference by Pat Flynn - Founder of Smart Passive Income.
I came back from this trip to the US full of insights and thought I’d share a few with you here.
It cost me thousands of dollars to fly out from Israel so every time I fly out I try to really pick up what’s the next step to take and implement in MY business.
Hopefully, it will give you a glimpse of why going to such conferences is important, and maybe you can even take away something from what I’ll be talking about here and implement it into your business.
Topics covered in this podcast:
This is the transcript to the full post, so if you’re more of the reader rather than a listener - be sure also to read the full blog post.

My guest today is Tommy Griffith. The thing I love about Tommy is that in a way we share similar stories. We’re both startup industry dropouts. Tommy used to do SEO for Paypal and Airbnb, but in the meanwhile he build a massive side project that, at a point, allowed him to quit his day job. Now - Tommy travels around the world, and runs an online digital marketing training program.
In this conversation we talked about his story of how he built a massive online business while still working in the tech startup world and how he eventually made the leap and left his day job to work on this full time.
We also talk about SEO and the reality of SEO nowadays, and how everything we do connects to who we want to serve.
Super interesting conversation and I’m sure it would give you a lot of insights if you’re working or considering starting your own online business while having a day job.
Enjoy!

If you’re constantly trying to improve your mindset - this show is for YOU!
Today I have Prof. Ryan Gottfredson on the show. Ryan is a cutting-edge Leadership & Mindset coach that helps entrepreneurs & organizational leaders to identify their current mindsets and then shape them to become the next version of themselves.
But that’s only his side hustle. Ryan is actually a leadership and management professor at the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at California State University-Fullerton!
This has been a fairly brief but amazing conversation and I really enjoyed it.
One of the things I really enjoyed with Ryan is discussing about the 4 types of mindsets - that we all need to know about - and asking him how to transform ourselves and others towards a better mindset as well.
I enjoyed this discussion so much that I had to invite my guest for a part 2 coming out soon, So watch out for that!
So ladies and gents - let’s get started!
I present to you Prof. Ryan Gottfredson!!!

Today on the show I have Joana Galvao. Joana is a Creative Director and owner of Gif Design Studio, working with high end influencers such as Lewis Howes and Chris Ducker.
Joana is also a Public Speaker and in the past year she built an amazing personal brand for herself, and what I really admire about her is that all throughout the madness of business and networking she had not neglected her lifestyle and well being.
Well that’s what we’re here to talk about on the show. How to build a kickass business and personal brand while still taking care of our well being. Joana is building her personal brand and studio as a lifestyle business, and that’s something I really connect to.
So are you ready? Let’s do this!

Hey everyone, today we talk about how to grow your business, mainly from putting major focus on your target audience, and how to find that target audience.
My guest today is Joon Han - an amazing human being and a successful entrepreneur from San Diego California. Joon has a Tedx talk - Get Ahead by Giving Back, and he definitely follows what he preaches. Aside from building multiple successful businesses, he’s a huge believer in giving back and loves to share his knowledge and insights on how to build your own!
In this conversation we talked about Sales VS marketing, about the worth of having technical skills, about how to find your ideal client - including going into stuff like demographics VS Psycho graphics.
We also talked about podcasts for a bit. Joon’s new business is a software that connects podcast hosts with podcast guests and it’s an interesting topic of its own.
So ladies and gents - without further a due - I present to you - Joon Han!

Hey everyone, today I have a special episode for you, for two reasons. first - the guest today is someone you probably know very well if you’re a listener of this podcast. My guest today is Pat Flynn - founder of Smart Passive Income! I actually interviewed Pat in episode #8 of this podcast, and also was interviewed by him on SPI episode 326, so be sure to listen to those if you haven’t yet.
Pat is a podcast host and lifestyle entrepreneur which I admire greatly, and I was so happy to be a part of his mastermind - the SPI Accelerator for the past year.
The second reason this episode is special is because we actually recorded it live in Pat’s office in San Diego. So it’s way more of a conversation than an interview.
In this conversation we talked about Pat’s new book - Superfans, and how you can build superfans yourself. We talked about how to break through the noise as an up and coming entrepreneur and the cons and pros of different social media outlets.
It was so interesting picking Pat’s brain about these topics and hearing about his new book so I’m super happy to share this conversation with you today!
Btw - In this episode we decided to run a giveaway for 10 copies of Pat’s new book! so listen carefully as we mention that later on in the episode.
So without further a due,
Let’s get started!

Today I have Justin Jackson on the show. Justin is a coder, a writer, a father AND a mega-successful entrepreneur who managed to build a huge community around his values and skills and launch multiple products to them, including online courses and digital software such as Transistor.fm. I was really inspired by Justin’s re-purposing game and how he shows up everywhere openly sharing his thoughts and ideas.
In this episode we talked about how to find your voice as a content creator. We talked about:
✍️ Writing and keeping up with writing
✍️ Finding our tone of writing and our voice as content creators
🚀How to differentiate yourself in your market
📹 Tips for live streaming
🔥Mindset as creatives
🤔How to find what to write about
🎯How to create great content for multiple outlets (re-purposing)
And more...
Was an awesome conversation! I really enjoyed it and sure you will too!
