The things we buy have hidden costs. We don’t always read the Ts and Cs, and we end up paying a bigger price than we initially intended. Today we explore the various costs that we pay in both the seen and the unseen realm when it comes to the accumulation of wealth and possessions.

How did we get here? How did we arrive in a world where we are convinced we need more? And is this a natural or supernatural question?

Do your clothes, or your wealth or possessions speak of who you are? Might there be a search for meaning in the pursuit of stuff? Today we examine these thoughts.

Will the accumulation of wealth and material possessions bring happiness or not? There seems to be conflicting views out there and so today we start to explore the words of Jesus as we embark on a new journey together!

We need feedback. We’re not islands and we all have blind spots. Thank goodness for the gift of community that we’ve been given by God!

Lacking vocabulary to answer the question “how are you doing”? Running dry with glad, mad and sad? Today we learn to create space and articulate the answer to that question!

What might happen if you just sweep your shortcomings and dark side under the rug? What might happen if you face your shadow? This is a question worth asking ourselves!
