In this podcast John continues talking about what it looks like to know you are saved. He goes further to tell us that we need to walk like Jesus walked. So what does that look like for my life? That’s what this podcast session will discuss.

In 1st John 2:4, he is going to talk about someone who professes to be a Christian but their life does not seem to line up with that statement. What are we supposed to do in situations like that? Are we to address it? Isn’t that being judgmental? That’s what I will talk about in this podcast.

As we begin the second chapter of 1st John, we are going to see John say we have an Advocate in Jesus Christ. But what does that mean? That’s what we will discuss in this episode.

As we finish up the first chapter of 1st John, John will deal with the topic of people who don’t think they have sinned. I think this lines up with where we are as a culture with believing morality, being a good person, doing right things, is good enough to just add Jesus to that for salvation.
