I'm super excited about today's podcast, with another dear friend, Niketa Greene.  Niketa's doing phenomenal things at the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce - in developing leaders, guiding business efforts and helping to change the Greensboro community.  In this episode, Niketa shares her exciting and impactful work through Leadership Greensboro; her personal and unique leadership journey; and her new title and work as VP for  Diversity and Inclusion for the Chamber.  Niketa is one of the most practical and intellectually curious leaders you'll ever meet.  She embraces each challenge with the panache and courage of a "warrior princess", eager to collaborate, question and innovate.
