Be intentional with your communication to yourself and others. Ask yourself the question - How am I talking to people right now and what are they hearing?Stop thinking about time, think about your energy ... Get explicit about what your counter balances are...what are you doing to rejuvenate and replenish yourself?Check in regularly and check in with intent. Make sure you are taking the time to slow down and check-in with each team member to find out where they are on the continuum of change. This is a timely conversation and a great listen.
