Do we realize how deeply the father cares for us? This week we look at how Christ has gone before us, prepared a place for us, how he provides for our protection, and how much God truly delights in us.

This week we study how to approach the valleys in our lives. We look at the promise that God is always with us, and the means God uses to strengthen us for getting through the valley.

This week we look at how God leads us, as well as a reminder that He leads us for His glory, that all this is by Him and through Him and for Him. And since that's true, we must respond with humility. That isn't always easy, but we examine several practical ways the Bible teaches us how to grow in humility.

After David's intro, we begin to study the specific details he lays out in the psalm. This week we study how a shepherd intentionally creates a pasture for his flock to not just survive, but to thrive in. We identify what that pasture is for us as followers of Christ; and we ask ourselves, are we allowing this world to distract us from staying where we are meant to be?

This week we look at the second half of David's opening line. Because Yahweh is our Shepherd and we are His, we lack nothing. We ask ourselves if our sense of satisfaction comes from our relationship with our Creator, or is dependent on external circumstances? We examine what a true spirit of gratitude looks like.

Do we realize what it means to belong to God's flock? As we start a new series on Psalm 23, we begin with establishing the proper foundation of understanding and appreciating the psalm as a whole. This week we look at the significance of the name of God David used, and the implications for us when we claim the Lord is our Shepherd.

The work of the church is great because the church is for the glory of God. We each have something to offer. So we must all choose if we will set ourselves apart for His name.
