This week we look at the incredible event of Christ being baptized, and the significance of each aspect of this amazing moment. We also consider what baptism represents for us today. Do we live in the reality of being crucified and raised to new life with Christ?

Sometime’s it’s tempting to move right from Jesus’ birth to baptism. But this week we slow down and take a look at His life in between. We learn about God’s intentionality as well as review some questions to ask ourselves about how we approach Christ.

As we launch a new series studying the life of Christ, we begin with His birth. In the account in Matthew we discover what it teaches us about God and His plan. And in the account in Luke we see how we are to respond to this good news.

This week we look at trust within our relationships with one another. We study how we’re called to act as the family of God. We look at the blessing of trusting each other and we consider the painful alternative.

This week we look at one of the purest examples of absolute trust in the Bible. We see there are two kinds of trust, one right and one wrong. So we must ask ourselves, what kind of trust does my life reveal?

This week we look at two incredible truths: Jesus wants you to come to Him, and heaven cannot be earned, it must be humbly received.

we are looking at the magnitude of the glory of God. We must never forget just how holy and great He is.

This week we very briefly examine how a Christian should respond in times of difficulty and unexpected obstacles. How do we interact with our community when the world around is panicking?

In this last week studying Psalm 23, we look at David's final thought and conclusion: the legacy of a flock under proper care. We ask ourselves what follows us as sheep in the care of the Good Shepherd?
