This morning is Pentecost, the celebration of the birth of the church.

This morning, we are going to be looking at how the church began, and how it relates to the time we are in at this moment.

With so much news about churches failing and division in denominations, can the church live again?

Is there hope for us that we can be the church of Christ that brings hope, if we are losing hope in our own institutions?

Join us this morning as we discuss what steps we need to take to live again.

This morning, we are continuing in the book of 1 John and connecting it to the Gospel of John.

Jesus tells us that he is the vine, and we are the branches. He tells us that we have to bear fruit, but we can only bear fruit if we remain connected to him.

Are we connected to God? Are we able to produce the Kingdom fruit that Christ asks us to produce?

Join us this morning as we hear God's word for us again.

We are starting a new series based on the epistles of John.

The letters of John have so much good theology and hope in them, it will be great to dive into them now that we celebrated the Resurrection.

Today, we are going to look at the passion that Jesus had for worship and remember that we are called to have that same passion!

As we look at Jesus' response to things happening inside the church that drew attention away from God, we have to ask ourselves, are we any less guilty of that today?

How would Jesus respond if he showed up at our churches today? Would he turn over our tables too?
