Many of us deal with trauma in different ways. Some are constructive and some are destructive.  

As an indigenous detribalized human being i grew up around many people that were traumatized 

and they passed down that generational trauma. You can deal with trauma now or in your death bed. Either way it will hit you like a ton of bricks once you embrace it. 

It is common for those who take care of their elderly parents to end up having health issues in comparison with those who dont. 

If you are one of those people who care for someone it is important to find an outlet so that you can remain healthy. 

Meditation has been a big part of my life over the passed 7 years.

After i had this conversation with my old friend Mark,

  it reminded me of the sacrifice my mother had to make to save my life.

Many people have gone to prison but i think its important to discuss 

what kind of mental prison that we're in. 

As a misquided young man growing up in the hood i often found the word love to be a tricky word.

From my grandparents, mother ,  aunts and other people in the community

 i often saw that the word love weant with a toxic marriage or romance. 

In my opinion the definition in the dictionary is incorrect and does not give a true meaning to the word.
