Every generation has its vocalists who inspire you, move you, and become woven into the fabric of your youth. They create music that stays with you and evokes images of times gone by.

For AC and his friends growing up, one of the biggest was — and still is — Meat Loaf. They shared many party sing-alongs, laughter, and tears. It was a sad day when Meat passed.

Fast forward to today: AC comes across Meet Loaf, a tribute band. Not having ever seen or listened to a tribute band before, AC decided to give it a shot.

Meet Benny, Ariel, and little Harmony — and this June, a Haunting is coming! Benny and Ariel transform themselves into Meat and Patti to give the audience an experience that takes them back for one night — three hours to feel all the things.

If Meat Loaf saw Meet Loaf, he would be beyond impressed. They have nailed it and give the ultimate respect to the look, the sound, and the songs that were — and still are — those of a legend.

Cee’s one liners and anecdotes are not only clever, quick but hysterical. Starting as a trimmer? Huh? AC has no clue but learns quickly. Cee rises from classes to headlining, he is full throttle in achieving his dream of stardom, in under 4 years. We hope no demons followed him home! His punchlines are as big as he is. AC & Dees are humbled and honored to interview Kendra Mahon, aka “Kung Fu Kendra.” A 20 plus year student of Wing Chun King Fu, achieving Sifu status. We discuss her book “Push Your Way Through,” the magazine “Wing Chun Magazine,” she is the Editor-In-Cheif of, along with giving online lessons. Kung Fu Kendra, as if not busy enough is also the Director of Global Kung Fu Alliance. She gives online lessons and has worked with high profile clients for shows like Dragons Den along with many others. Kendra is also very active in the fitness world being named one of the “Top 10 Fitness Trainers” in the world, along with the “Best In Calgary.” Kung Fu Kendra amazes us, impresses us, and we feel exhausted just knowing her.
