In their final episode of the Complex Mindz series, hosts Catherine Eikelbarner and Lucy Lopshire share their favorite moments within the past three seasons of the podcast and the skills they have developed throughout the series run. 

Although this may be the last episode of this publication, Eikelbarner and Lopshire hope to continue the mental health advocacy voices they have emphasized throughout their series in their futures and that those who have listened will do the same. Embracing our mental health and discussions about it is the first step in becoming a more self-aware body of individuals, no matter how complex they may be.

In our second episode of season three, hosts Catherine Eikelbarner and Lucy Lopshire discuss how supporting mental health in education is an important concept that needs closer attention in the climate of an equitable learning environment. The guest in this episode, Carlmont senior Anna Bautina, also allowed the usage of their name to be included.

Bautina shares with Lopshire and Eikelbarner the support they received from adult figures in high school and how to provide more valuable resources for those struggling. The hosts share some of their own experiences and ideas about how the display of mental health in school environments can be more positive within the lens of the education system and how to address the current mental health crisis.

Your favorite hosts, Lucy Lopshire and Catherine Eikelbarner discuss Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders, also known as OSFED, with today's guest.

OSFED encompasses many different traits from other eating disorders, and our guest today shares their experience with this eating disorder and how their behaviors have manifested differently within it. The guest also provides insight as to how eating disorders benefit from a greater focus on the psychological aspects behind them, although physical components can be one form of a predictor, and how one's inner mentality can bring a significant effect on an eating disorder.
