OK, it's a bit ranty this week.

Clearly there is something buzzing away in my bonnet, but honestly there are times when I just don't think we have the ability to take a step back from the edge and try and have a sensible conversation at at a sensible volume.

I will be glad when we get back to 'normal' governance, I can't be doing with this constant campaigning, turmoil, prodding and division.

Thank god for the England football team.
