To celebrate our 1 year anniversary we look back at a year's worth of scorecards to determine the 10 Best and 10 Worst film scores so far, and who's to blame (Alex) for bringing them to the podcast (Alex) and the ill-considered ratings (Alex) we gave them.

This week we review the soundtrack to 'Honey, I Shrunk the Kids', a score credited to James 'Horny' Horner. But really, you should be thanking Raymond Scott, Danny Elfman, Dave Grusin, Aaron Copland, and Nino Rota for this score. This is the most 'Horny' has screwed over film composers since he banged Goldsmith's daughter.

On this week's episode, we suit up and drink martinis while discussing David Arnold's brilliant score for Casino Royale. We can't promise this episode isn't as painful to listen to as the testicle crushing scene is to watch.

On this very special episode of comPOSERS we sit down with the talented conductor Evan Mitchell, who has conducted performances of some of our favourite film scores and countless classical shows. Evan was scheduled to conduct the Toronto Symphony Orchestra's performance of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 1 at the Meridian Hall in Toronto but it was postponed due to the Coronvirus, so he's graciously made some time to join us to discuss his career so far and some of the film scores he's performed.
