Right now there are many in the middle of the left and the right of society trauma. Even if we are in positions of duress and difference of opinion, it is important to hold respect for one another and find a compromise. 

Some of us encounter compromise more than others, the reaction or response to this situation should come from a place of integrity more than fear or uncertainty. 

The energy of feeling uncomfortable to be comfortable is foreign to many of us, however if we can continue to build resilience around compromise we can be better versions of ourselves.
