Tonight I talked a little comparing regenerative vs degenerative agricultural models and touched on a few ecological impact points. I talked a bit about my greenhouse and thermal management system using Raspberry Pi. Later, Justin Goodearth called in and shared Deep Water Culture (DWC) Hydroponics Cannabis agriculture with us and then he and I tossed ideas around about how to use a combination of that and Korean Natural Farming with Aquaculture.

Tonight’s show was on the difference between natural and unnatural economics. Later in the show, Justin Goodearth called in and we dug into that discussion a little deeper and even touched on some politics and other bigger systemic issues. We discussed how stocks, bonds, cryptocurrencies and other fiat currencies are not representative of the real world we live in. We also talked about the disconnect people seem to have as a result of not being plugged into their natural environment.

Tonight Brad Lauber of Lauber Seed Farms and the Channel Grow The Farm Up returns. We dove deeper into the discussion around food labeling and engaged our live viewers to get their feedback on their feelings, thoughts, and wants regarding food labeling. This was an excellent in-depth discussion about many of the logistics around food labels. Brad And I both feel this is an important issue as we go forward with evolving technologies. Food quality is so often misrepresented and Brad's company is developing a new third party independent certification regarding regenerative agriculture, food labels, and food quality. I also introduced John Kempf's new book "Quality Agriculture" as John has been an integral part of my education evolution in regenerative agriculture. There is so much covered in this discussion that this little description doesn't really do it justice. I hope you will watch, listen, learn, and join the discussion. Tonight I talked a little bit about an upcoming series where Brad Lauber and I will be bringing in some top scientists and genetics experts an forming a conversation around food. Understanding that the consumer should have the ability to weigh in on this conversation, we want to include consumers in that conversation. I introduced the concept tonight briefly just to raise awareness and then chatted with the listeners and heard some of their struggles with health and food. Our hope is to connect consumers directly to seed breeders like Brad and scientists to discuss all the potential directions our food chain could go in. Topics on the table for discussion are ecology, soil health, carbon sequestration, GMO's, CRISPR and other genetics technologies, chemicals, and more. Please share this upcoming series with your friends and family as all this is directly related to your health, the future of farming, and the quality of life on our planet.
