Rex 84 is short for Readiness 1984. This document was introduced in 1983-84 as part of furtherment / evolution of larger readiness exercise The Department of Defense Civil Disturbance Plan, also known by its cryptonym GARDEN PLOT. Operation Garden Plot is The Department of Defense Civil Disturbance Plan, was a general US Army and National Guard plan to respond to major domestic civil disturbances within the United States. The plan was developed in response to the civil disorders of the 1960s and fell under the control of the U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM). It provided Federal military and law enforcement assistance to local governments during times of major civil disturbances. This plan has set up the infrastructure to have actual concentration camps in the United States.

This week, Sean and Adam were joined by Vanessa Hester from 'All my Demons Podcast' to discuss DARPA. DARPA is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency for the United States government. This is a research and development agency of the United States Department of Defense responsible for the development of emerging technologies for use by the military. Based on some of the projects they work on, there is a lot of evidence that DARPA has been developing a more sophisticated version of MK-Ultra. DARPA did so by working with some of the top tech companies to develop highly advanced forms of trans-humanism.

It is September 11th week, and that means we are going to get into a wild 9-11 theory. For this episode we talked about the "Drone-Theory". In this theory, Sean and Adam discuss the possibility that some of the planes that were involved in the 9-11 attacks were actually unmanned drones. The plan was drawn up decades ago when Operation Northwoods was being discussed. That document explains how to carry out a false flag, and using an unmanned drone was discussed in the document! We also discussed the fake cell phone calls that were supposedly coming from passengers that were inside the hijacked airplanes.
