1. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Concert season can be overwhelming, but you don't have to do everything alone.

• Consider reaching out to colleagues or parent-teacher organizations for support.
• Utilize stage hands. Stage hands can help with set up, moving equipment, and making sure everything runs smoothly during the performance.
• Recruiting parent volunteers. Parents can help with costumes, makeup, and assisting with set up and tear down.
• Assign a student to help with program creation. This not only gives the student a leadership role but also helps with time management for the teacher.

Bonus tip - encourage your choir to memorize their words. Consistent practice and repetition are key. Encourage students to practice at home, during class, and in small groups.
