Jerry is a good friend of mine from the steel band world in Brooklyn. He’s an amazing drummer and driller, but happens to also be a NYC corrections officer working with mentally ill patients and sex offenders who are civilly confined to the facility he works at pending their court case outcome. Ross is a percussionist with ICE (International Contemporary Ensemble). 15 years ago at a Reich show he said something silly-goose-ish about Reich, and I avoided him until recently. He’s awesome.
