Concise Psych

This episode I discuss the concepts behind Exposure Therapy for certain types of anxiety. Also known as Exposure Response Prevention, this type of therapy can be extremely effective for certain causes of anxiety. At the end, I discuss how the concepts behind Exposure Therapy can actually relate to other things - namely, tolerance and hatred.
